How it started
It began with one apartment nobody else wanted to describe honestly.
The first home we sold was a fourth-floor apartment with a north-facing living room and a view worth crossing the city for. Every other listing hid the first fact and missed the second. We wrote both down, and the buyer who came to see it bought it that afternoon.
That is still the method. A home is presented as it is, with photographs taken in the light it actually gets, and the person who wrote the listing is the person who answers the phone.
